I am still in the process of cutting out each piece. Hopefully, the light fixture will be completely assembled within the next few days. I'll post pictures when it's done. Get excited :)
I am definitely looking forward to seeing the pictures of the final product of the lights. I hope that the sanding comes out well and that the pieces fit together well enough to create good connections. Have you figured out exactly how you are going to get the light in the fixtures?
Looks supper cool!!! I guess the only thing I am confused on is how your light fixture will be used. Is it a light that sits or is it hung. I guess I don't understand the light will be attached. Good luck!
Lookin' good! Have you thought about staining the wood? Certain stains might be fun to try and see how they reflect the light and change the dimension of the pieces.

ReplyDeleteSeeing your pieces the laser cutter would have made that less of a tedious work, however, with the cnc there was no burning. tick for tack =o)
